Prince Andrew is reportedly set to keep his residence at Royal Lodge, in what's being seen as a significant win for the disgraced royal. The Duke of York has called the mansion home for two decades, despite facing potential eviction by his brother, King Charles.
Doubts have been raised about his ability to finance the property, especially as his security will be withdrawn at the end of this month on Charles' orders, leaving Andrew to arrange his own. Palmer further noted that the monarch has "no power to evict Andrew and, as far as I'm aware, the Crown Estate hasn't set any new deadlines". Andrew was notably stripped of his Royal titles in 2022 after settling a sexual assault claim out of court, reports the Scottish Daily Express.
