The public seems to be witnessing a “very public breakdown” of Prince Harry following the “disgraced” royal family member’s latest detailed exploits, says Sky News contributor Dominique Samuels.
Ms Samuel’s comments come after the controversial royal’s “embarrassing” admittance and promotion of smoking
marijuana.“For someone who says how happy we are – his behaviour is that of someone who is really quite unstable.”

The claims come as Sky News can reveal the extent of Chinese government control over what’s taught in the taxpayer-subsidised campuses. Sky News understands the Victorian Education Department recently took the step of writing to the principals of all Chinese community language schools to remind them funding must not be used for political programs and request they review their teaching resources.
