Prince Harry’s first day of testimony in his phone hacking case against the Mirror Newspaper Group made him look like a “complete, entitled princeling”, according to Spiked editor Tom Slater.

“If Prince Harry’s intention with this court case was to make him look like a complete, kind of entitled princeling who doesn’t play by the same rules then mission accomplished,” he told Sky News Australia’s Steve Price on The Bolt Report. Mirror Group Newspapers’ top KC Andrew Green argued most of the stories had already been reported elsewhere.“ more embarrassingly had to point out that a lot of the stories in the Mirror Group newspapers that he was complaining about, they’d previously appeared in other newspapers,” he said.
Slater said several stories presented by Harry were revealed to have come from other sources, showing no evidence of phone hacking, including an incident where a man in a restaurant Prince Harry attended had leaked the Duke’s location.
