Prince William visited the Oval cricket ground in London on Friday - as he celebrated one of his s Earthshot Prize winners after they scored a multi-million pound landmark contract
Prince William has stepped out for the first time since Buckingham Palace requested calm over elaborate rumours about the health of his wife Kate Middleton.
As he arrived at the ground, the Prince smiled and waved on what was his first public appearance in a week. William's visit coincided with Notpla's seaweed-based products being supplied to Levy, a leading sports and entertainment caterer, for use in more than 50 venues from the Oval to Wimbledon's All England Lawn Tennis Club and London’s O2 Arena.
The new contract will see Levy using an expected 75 million items of Notpla's seaweed-based food packaging materials over the next three years, helping them to meet their ambitious climate targets. Today's engagement is William's first since last Friday, when he celebrated St David's Day in Wrexham, and since then Kate has been spotted for the first time since her surgery alongside her mum Carole.
Top TV news William remains on restricted duties, after only taking part in two official engagements last week and with only one this week.
