Princess Eugenie was joined by her sister Princess Beatrice and other members of the royal family as they viewed floral tributes to the late Queen outside Balmoral over the weekend
A royal fan captured the sweet moment Princess Eugenie returned a child's key during a walkabout at Balmoral to view floral tributes to her late grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away on 8 September.
Also in attendance was Princess Anne, 72, and her children Peter Phillips, 44, and Zara Tindall, 41, as well as Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, 58, his wife Sophie, Countess of Wessex, 57, and their children, Lady Louise, 18, and James, Viscount Severn, 14. The Queen died aged 96 on Thursday, 8 September and Buckingham Palace released a statement at 6.30pm to confirm the passing of the beloved monarch.
Princess Eugenie was known to share a close bond with her grandmother, who attended her 2018 wedding to Jack Brooksbank with the late Prince Phillip at her side.
