HOSPITAL staff reportedly attempted to view Princess Kate's private medical records in an alleged security breach at the London Clinic.
At least one member of staff was allegedly caught trying to access Kate's medical records during her stay in January, theAn insider told the newspaper: "This is a major security breach and incredibly damaging for the hospital, given its unblemished reputation for treating members of theThe Information Commissioner's Office confirmed it has received a breach report and is "assessing the information provided".
