The former husband of Norway's Princess Martha Louise has taken his own life, his manager has said.
Author Ari Behn married the princess in 2002, before the couple divorced in 2017. They had three children. Mr Behn's manager, Geir Hakosund, said in a statement:"It is with sadness in our hearts that we, the closest relatives of Ari Behn, announce today that he has taken his life."We ask for respect for our privacy in the coming time."
His marriage to the only daughter and eldest child of King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway was seen as controversial at the time.Image:Norway's King Harald said:"It is with great sadness that the Queen and I have received the message of Ari Behn's passing.
