In a written message, she shared her 'relief' at being in remission and her focus on recovery.

And in a written personal message following a visit Kate express her 'relief' as she confirmed her cancer is now in remission. “As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”“My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything. We couldn’t have asked for me,” the princess added.
Kate's visit to the Marsden comes two days before the first anniversary of her admission to the London Clinic for major abdominal surgery on January 16, 2024. After the operation, she spent nearly two weeks in hospital and was recuperating at home when she received the diagnosis of cancer and began chemotherapy.
