has made a surprise appearance playing piano during the opening performance of Eurovision.

Her contribution to the opening film involved a short, instrumental piano performance created by Joe Price and Kojo Samuel.The clip also included contributions from last year’s UK Eurovision entrant Sam Ryder who finished as runner up, and composer Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber. The Princess was taught piano by Daniel Nicholls from the ages of 11 to 13, and he also gave music lessons to her brother James, sister Pippa and mother Carole.
