The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects within our e-commerce and digital teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Your expertise in agile methodologies and digital project management will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with business goals.Manage and lead end-to-end project lifecycles in an agile environment, ensuring successful delivery of e-commerce and digital initiatives. Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the projects are well-integrated and aligned. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables. Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and practices.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, specifically within e-commerce or digital projects.Proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion, with measurable outcomes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Relevant certifications , PMI Agile Certified Practitioner , or similar) are a plus.
