Adam Parkinson has been slapped with a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order and banned from entering premises for two years after thefts from a number of shops. The 43-year-old, of Griffin Close, Burnley, was given the CBO at Blackburn Magistrates Court on Tuesday . It includes conditions not to enter: Kitchens Petrol Station, Trafalgar Street, Burnley; Tesco’s, Finsley Gate, Burnley; TK MAXX, Church Street, Burnley; Home Bargains, Church Street, Burnley; Game, St James Street, Burnley; and JD Sports, The Mall, Burnley.
In a statement, a force spokesperson added: "Operation Vulture is Lancashire Constabulary’s response to shoplifting across the county, backed by Lancashire's Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw."
