The four-story townhomes are set to be located at 1913 Abbey Ave. on a 3,000-square-foot-lot where a 19th century home stands along with a detached garage that was built in the 1970s. The land, which is across the street from the Abbey Townhomes and Flats, was purchased for $200,000 in December by DI Development.Abbey while the other two are set to face West 19th Place, an adjacent alley, which may be expanded.
