A file has been passed to the CPS with an inquest hearing told a decision was 'imminent'
Prosecutors are considering possible criminal charges following the death of a biker in a horror crash in Trafford, an inquest hearing has been told.

The driver was not named in the hearing.
However, the court was told the CPS had 'expedited' the case. Sergeant Matt Waggett from the SCIU said: "The decision is imminent and is expected in the next few days."
