TV personality Amanda Holden praised her daughter Lexi Hughes as she makes her runway debut at London Fashion Week.
BGT judge Amanda Holden couldn’t be prouder of her model daughter Amanda Holden was a proud mum this week as her university-bound daughter Lexi Hughes smashed her first ever London Fashion Week catwalk. The aspiring model celebrated getting the A-level grades for her top choice university in August and now she can tick another thing off her list as she conquered the runway wearing a floral-themed cream mini-dress from Vietnamese designer Tran Hung.
Everyone looked after me and it’s surreal that tomorrow I start Uni!’ Tran added that Lexi was a ‘lovely lady with a great career ahead of her’ and was a ‘delight’ to work with. Although she has appeared at glam events with her TV mum, this marks Lexi’s first runway. Amanda and Lexi regularly get glammed up for the red carpet The career milestone comes after a difficult summer for Lexi after she was rushed to hospital after contracting E.coli.
