Police in Mid Ulster are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing person last seen in Dungannon on Sunday morning.
Ciaran has links to both Donegal and Cavan, and police say he may have travelled to those areas. He is described as as 5'6” – 5’7” in height with a stocky build and a shaved head.When last seen Ciaran was wearing a plain dark t-shirt, jeans and trainers.
