He has been named as 57-year-old Joseph McGarrity, who was from the Co Tyrone town.The Killyclogher Road was closed for a number of hours on Thursday as emergency service attended the scene of the crash, but Mr McGarrity died a short time later."Police can confirm that a man has died following a road traffic collision in Omagh yesterday evening, Thursday 9 February," a PSNI spokesperson said.Inspector Long said: “At approximately 5.
