A burnt-out pub near Wolverhampton could be given a new lease of life, alongside a convenience store and new homes.
As well as the pub and shop, eight flats would be created on the first floor, and seven more new homes in the surrounding grounds.Planning documents They envisaged the new community pub would serve drinks and snacks rather than a full food service, with space for pool and darts.
