Last month, a planning meeting at Bury town hall heard from head of development at the council, David Marno. This week, a fresh application has been lodged by Daniel Thwaites Ltd seeking temporary planning permission to keep the the timber frame and UPVC tepee, which seats up to 72 people and is heated by an external space heater, for another 18 months.
