They were initially arrested for illegal gambling , but police found 0.15 grams of ‘shabu’ worth P1,020 after the suspect underwent a body search. DDEU conducted a buy-bust operation after an informant reported illegal drug peddling activities in the said area. Lt. Col. Vicente Bumalay Jr. identified the suspect as Katherine Nazarionda, 33, resident of Brgy. Commonwealth, Quezon City.In an anti-criminality operation conducted by QCPD Novaliches Police Station , two suspects, identified as Jayson Borja, 36 and Matoy Deloso Sugano, 26, were arrested near their residence in Brgy. Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City on Saturday at about 11:20 p.m.
Two grams of shabu worth P13,600, buy-bust money, and two cellular phones were confiscated from the suspects.
