Auctioneers at SDL Property Auctions say the property offers "excellent potential for renovation and improvement". The East Street property is part of a block of terraced houses. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, snug, laundry room, bathroom and kitchen. The smaller first floor contains a bedroom.The outside of the property boasts a garage and front and rear gardens. The online listing does not include any photos of the interior of the property but does show the garden which could do with some TLC.

Gotham is a popular village which is well placed for fast amenity access to Nottingham city centre and the M1 motorway. With a population of around 1,600, Gotham has an intriguing past and a rich historical heritage that does see it linked to the name given to the city used in DC Comics' Batman.
