Queen Elizabeth has tested positive for coronavirus and is "experiencing mild cold symptoms", Buckingham Palace have confirmed.Buckingham Palace said in a statement: "Buckingham Palace confirm that The Queen has today tested positive for Covid. "Her Majesty is experiencing mild cold-like symptoms but expects to continue light duties at Windsor over the coming week.

At the official engagement earlier this week at Windsor Castle, she told incoming Defence Services Secretary Major General Eldon Millar and his predecessor Rear Admiral James Macleod: "I can't move". Charles was forced to cancel engagements as a result of testing positive for coronavirus for a second time.
"HRH is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today's events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible."
