A new book has claimed that the Queen once ‘gave Meghan Markle a telling off’ for being rude to catering staff ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018
The late Queen “gave Meghan Markle a telling off” for being rude to a staff member ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018, a new book has claimed.
The publication reports that on one occasion in the run-up to Harry and Meghan’s wedding, Meghan went to Windsor Castle for a menu-tasting which resulted in a “tense” exchange with a member of the catering team. The claims were made in Valentine Low's new book where he writes that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding was "particularly stressful" with heated discussions over scheduling, announcements and the tiara ahead of their big day.
