The professor at the University of Sevilla was pictured on Wednesday on stage collecting a prize from the Queen at the awards - which is convened by the Council of the Royal Board of Trustees on Disability to "promote the rights of people with disabilities, social inclusion, equal opportunities, rehabilitation and prevention of disabilities."
The sleeveless monochrome dress features one side white, and the other black, cinched in at the waist with a chunky black belt. Walking into the venue at Assembly of Extremadura, Queen Letizia was also seen carrying a patent leather small square handbag, which completed the elegant look.
