They include the world's fast lawnmower, toy mowers, the smallest and first solar-powered 'robot' mowers. The niche award-winning museum, on Shakespeare Street, also features machinery once owned by the rich and famous, including King Charles and Princess Diana’s former mower.But if you're only interested in the classics, don't worry as there's plenty of those too, with vintage FlyMo hoovercrafts on show.
Mower designs have evolved over the decades, with the museum chronicling the changes, from scythes to horse-powered machines. The quirky museum is highly rated by visitors, with customer reviews describing it as "something different", "well worth a visit", "nostalgic" and an "excellent expert little museum".
