When the actress was asked if she would be ready for a return to the MCU if Marvel Studios were to reach out, Ritter made it crystal clear that she would be happy to come back as the iconic heroine, sharing the following:

One hundred percent. I am ready, and I would, of course, be there in a heartbeat. She’s a character who I absolutely love, and she was a part of my life for so long. I played that character for five years, and she’s a character who’s very important to me and many women and men. So if the opportunity calls, I may or may not have an extra jacket already.
