Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete has been removed from and replaced in Perth Grammar School and was also discovered in Bell's Sports Centre
To date, RAAC has been found in two buildings either owned by Perth and Kinross Council or an arm's-length external organisation of the council.
Last week - as PKC approved Live Active Leisure's request to remove its leisure services from Bell's Sports Centre - councillors were told RAAC was discovered within the sports centre in autumn 2023 with the estimated costs to make it safe around £600,000.
