It is unacceptable that food delivery drivers in Scotland are being racially abused and sexually harassed by customers.
No wonder union bosses are calling for some customers to be banned to help keep their members safe. Calls for a blacklist if someone oversteps the mark are understandable and should be considered by the firms these drivers work for. Some do take the plight of their workers seriously but clearly, as we report today, too many drivers feel threatened and vulnerable at work.
