Stuart Kettlewell says his side believe they can beat Rangers, but it won't be easy
Stuart Kettlewell denies Rangers’ current turmoil means his Motherwell side have a better chance of winning this afternoon’s Premier Sports Cup semi-final.
“Rangers spend millions on players and we look for free agents and into the loan market,” said Kettlewell. “That’s not mind games, that’s the harsh reality of it. “In the latter stages of that game we were the team that was on the front foot, we were trying to get back level, and we were a bit frustrated on the day that there were two minutes added time.
On their own run of form, which continued with a 2-1 win over Dundee United at Tannadice on Wednesday, Kettlewell said: “I believe we’re punching above our weight.
