The Englishman is under pressure after the Ibrox club crashed out of the Champions League and also lost to Celtic.
Michael Beale has offered an insight into his discussions with the Rangers board after a disappointing start to the season.
Fans vented their frustration after Rangers lost to their rivals in the first derby fixture of the Premiership season and some on social media have called for Beale to go. Asked if he had held discussions with the hierarchy, Beale responded:"Yeah, naturally. I speak to James Bisgrove every day. "We have sat and discussed this first period up until the September international break like we do at all the international breaks, it is a chance for reflection."It is something that I am fully aware and involved in. Ultimately a football manager has to win games of football.
