Rangers manager Philippe Clement has dismissed the ongoing turmoil at Manchester United as he prepares to give Ruben Amorim a new challenge in the Europa League.
However, Clement remains unfazed by the media frenzy surrounding United, stating that his focus is solely on ending Rangers' lengthy drought for an away win against an English side in Europe - their last was a 2-1 Champions League qualifying victory over Leeds in 1992 - and securing their first triumph over United."The most important thing for my group is to be focused on ourselves and not all the noise around them. It’s about a football game. We need to show our qualities.
However, Clement dismissed concerns over the former Sporting manager's morale: "I’m totally not busy with that, if the other team have high confidence or low confidence," he stated.
