There was no mood for mercy on the Hotline as Robbie Copeland manned the phones

Rangers fans weren't in the mood for mercy ahead of their Champions League qualifier with Dynamo Kyiv - and if Philippe Clement sticks with Scott Wright this season, he's facing a Hotline fan revolt.

There was some stick for Rabbi Matondo and Ben Davies too as Willie Mercer, Dumfries, said: "Clement's desire to have the fans behind him and back his rebuild of the team will fail rapidly and spectacularly, if he continues to try and convince these same fans that Wright and Matondo bring anything to the team or are anywhere near Rangers quality.

It's a little more positive across the city where Matt O'Riley seems to be linked with a new club every week. This time it's Brighton entering stage left but Stephen Mulhern, Dumbarton, said: "I’d be astonished if Matt O’Riley is tempted to leave Celtic for Brighton and if he stays and plays in the Champions League matches, it will be Bayern and Barcelona who will throw there hat into the ring for his services.

And referring to poor Chris, James Fitzpatrick said: "Just wondering what's up with the Joker from Yoker. Has the cat got his tongue? His silence since the league began is deafening, his team are woeful and like before benefit from refs helping them."
