“That’s a big part of what we do and what our scouts do,” Fagg said. “We evaluate talent but we gotta get the right people, too. That’s a big call we gotta make. Sometimes we have a guy and go ‘We don’t think so, not a fit for us.’ C-Y says it all the time: ‘The Texas Rangers aren’t for everybody.’ And I believe that, too.”
