Liam Kelly is reportedly heading back to Ibrox this summer
Scotland international Kelly, who hopes to be named in Steve Clarke 's Euro 2024 squad tomorrow, is reported to have agreed a deal to be part of Phillipe Clement's Ibrox rebuild.
Motherwell captain Kelly is a free agent in the summer, and would help Rangers fill their Scottish squad quota for UEFA competitions ahead of Champions League qualifiers.
