Scottish Premiership sides are mulling over a fresh proposal to guarantee a set amount of tickets for visiting fans amid complaints over away allocations.
The Daily Mail state Celtic will reject Rangers' request for the upcoming clash despite the Ibrox club keen for travelling supporters to be in attendance. The rule states "the home club must make provision for the admission of such reasonable numbers of visiting supporters at every home league match".
