In a double injury blow both Connor Goldson and Ryan Jack are absentees after playing against Servette in the Champions League midweek.
That means Rangers line-up for the first home match of the league season with Jack Butland in goal and a back four of James Tavernier, Leon Balogun, John Souttar and Borna Barisic.
