Rangers have been hit with a brutal assessment by Dutch World Cup legend Wim van Hanegem who insists Michael Beale’s side “cannot play football”.
And van Hanegem - who won three titles, a European Cup and a UEFA Cup with Feyenoord as a player and one title as manager and was also a World Cup runner-up with the Netherlands - reckons it would be suicide if PSV continue their policy of passing the ball out from the back. He said: "By now we know that Rangers cannot play football. But within a year PSV have played them three times and failed to beat them once.
