Rape convictions are at an all-time low
coalition has warned that rape is being"effectively decriminalised", after a new report found that the number of people investigated and charged over rape is at the lowest since records began.from the Crown Prosecution Service found that convictions for rape dropped 27% in 2018/19, compared with the previous year. The number of people charged with rape has also seen a huge decrease of 37% during the same time.
