Ray Nicholson, son of legendary actor Jack Nicholson, discusses his unique path in Hollywood despite the influence of his famous father. While acknowledging his admiration and inspiration from Jack, Ray emphasizes their distinct personalities and experiences, stating they are 'very different people.'
His now-retired famous father has won three Oscars and has starred in nearly 80 projects throughout his career which spanned over 50 years.
At the premiere the rising actor admitted he's 'very different' to his 87-year-old dad Jack Nicholson. However, the Promising Young Woman star doesn't necessarily go to the One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest icon for film advice. He explained: 'As far as talking about it, if he ever did tell me something, I probably wouldn’t investigate it for myself because I’d be like, ‘You’re the best, of course, that’s right,’ and it might not work for me.After first experiencing acting in the mid-2000s with a small role in The Benchwarmers, Ray has built up a steady reputation over the last few years.
In March, the power couple took their relationship to new heights when they made their red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
