Gonzalez along realtor Bryan Olson gave us a tour of the historic Egyptian revival inspired architecture, which was built in 1921. It’s been on the market for about a year and they’ve recently enlisted the help of a world renowned architect who drew up several renderings to show what could be done with the property. In keeping with the historic preservation of the original building -- the renderings take the rooftop and shows the potential for a boutique hotel and luxury residential condos -- along with multiple restaurants on some of the upper levels of the original building.
