In addition, all local contracts with the above facilities would be cancelled. Visa permits would need to be negotiated for travel into the U.S. or Texas. Goods coming from Latin America would be required to enter through other U.S. border-crossings. Then, there are all those diplomats we would need for our relations with New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mexico to handle all our trade agreements and tariffs. There would be another batch required for our many other foreign country relationships.
