‘Really frightening’: number of Aussies not getting enough sleep revealed
ResMed ambassador Olivia Arrezolo has revealed the shocking number of Australians who are not getting enough sleep.
It comes as ResMed have launched their 2024 Global Sleep Survey report which studied over 1,500 Australians and has uncovered some of the most critical sleep challenges faced by Australians. “Over two thirds – 73 per cent of Aussies were not getting the recommended eight hours of sleep,” Ms Arrezolo told Sky News Australia.“And what was really frightening was that almost a quarter – 23 per cent, had been struggling with interrupted sleep for as long as they remember, insane.”
