The flight was forced to return to Liverpool John Lennon Airport
A flight left Liverpool John Lennon Airport for Malaga but returned back to Liverpool less than two hours later. The easyJet flight set off from John Lennon Airport at around 8.40pm on Sunday, August 11, initially scheduled to land in the south of Spain around midnight local time. But according to FlightAware, the easyJet flight never made it to Spain as it flew in several circles over north Wales, near Wrexham, and landed back in Liverpool shortly before 10pm.

Not squawking emergency yet, so not an urgent one meaning they need to land.
