Armagh star Conor Turbitt scored 1-4 for the Lurgan men, including a vital first half penalty, as the 2022 champions booked their place in the last four

Clann Éireann made it a double on the night for Lurgan teams as they joined Clan na Gael in the Armagh SFC semi-finals with a hard-fought three-point win over Armagh Harps

Ruairi McDonald and Jack Conlon gave Clann Éireann the ideal start before Joe McElroy and Colm Hicks levelled the game with points for the Harps. Yet, the Harps lost their numerical advantage some four minutes later when Tom O’Kane was sent to the line for 10 minutes for a trip on Conor Turbitt which resulted in a penalty.

A brace of points from O’Kane and a cracker from Ryan McKeown levelled the Harps draw level early in the second half. McConville’s pass set up McDonald for a strike on goal and the ball crossed the line despite Mark McCoy’s best efforts and the City side weren’t able to conjure up a late equaliser of their own at the other end.Conor Turbitt 1-4 , Ruairi McDonald 1-1, Barry McCambridge 0-2, Conor McConville 0-2, Jack Conlon 0-2, Daniel Magee 0-1.James McCoy 1-2 , Tom O’Kane 0-3, Oisin Hughes 0-3, Joe McElroy 0-2 , Colm Hicks 0-1, Ryan McKeown 0-1.
