BREAKING: Record numbers of students get A grades or higher in A-levels
Nearly half of students were awarded an A or A* this summer, up by 6.3 per cent on last year, according to the Joint Council for Qualifications .Exams were cancelled and students assessed instead on a combination of mock tests, coursework and essays, raising concerns over grade inflation.
