Here’s how you can see the Red Arrows on Friday, and their full calendar of events for the rest of summer
The Red Arrows will take off from RAF Marham, where they based themselves on Thursday night after their first Clacton Airshow display, at 12.47pm ahead of another display at Clacton at 1pm.
This is the 30th anniversary of the Essex airshow, with other highlights including the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the annual Twilight Display. After the Clacton display the planes will return to Marham, before taking off again at 3.30pm for a flypast over Colchester at 3.45pm. They will also pass near Milton Keynes, Oxford and Swindon, before landing in Exeter at 4.21pm.
The Red Arrows will take off for a third time at 6.20pm for their scheduled 6.30pm display at Sidmouth Airshow. Police have advised crowds will be especially large this year, and to expect very busy roads and car parks. The planes will then perform a flypast over Dartmouth Regatta shortly after 7pm, before returning to Exeter for the night.Clacton display:521122N 0011556E VCY OF CRETINGHAM – 12.54pm514637N 0010845E CLACTON DISPLAY – 1.00pm523555N 0004932E N OF WATTON – 1.34pm
