A cleaner who was 'ghosted' by her boss has been awarded ten months' worth of wages by an employment tribunal.
The worker was asked to "bear with" company director Ryan Marsh while they resolved the issues and told that he would be in touch.By the following May, Ms Crozier was still waiting to be paid and had no idea whether she was still employed by the company. . Ms Crozier then decided to take the company to an employment tribunal for unlawful deduction from wages due.He concluded: "She was ready willing and able to work for the 10-month period but no wages were paid to her.
