Millie, who bolted after a firework was thrown at her and owner Greg Connolly, was found after being pictured with a stranger on a bus in Paisley. Mr Connolly, 66, feared he would never see his beloved wire-haired fox terrier again after the attack near Renfrew Ferry Terminal on October 28.
“We had put posters up everywhere and had an appeal shared in this newspaper. Everyone knew who Millie was." Greg said he was in shock when he spotted Millie. He continued: "The woman came out of the house with Millie and I shouted that’s my dog.’
