Moda Holland Park is set to open later this year after transforming the former Strathclyde police headquarters on Pitt Street into 433 high-tech apartments.
Studios will start at £975, one-bedroom flats start at £1,300, and two-bedroom units will start at £1,700.A spokesperson for Moda said:"Home.com puts the average property rent for a home in Glasgow at £1,453 so these combined with the added value services and amenities represent a solid offering for the Glasgow rental market."
Residents at Holland Park have access to a laundry list of amenities that are included in the monthly charge.
