TUCSON, Ariz. — Raul Grijalva has become the second House Democrat to call on President Joe Biden to leave the presidential race, according to a report from the New York Times.
"What he needs to do is shoulder the responsibility for keeping that seat-- and part of that responsibility is to get out of this race," Grijalva told the newspaper. The Democratic president has signaled he has no intention of dropping out of the race against Donald Trump despite the halting and uneven debate delivery that threw a spotlight on questions about Biden's age and capacity to be president.
