They are Senators Mitt Romney and Mike Lee, both of Utah; Senators Cynthia Lummis and John Barrasso of Wyoming; Senator John Cornyn of Texas; Senators Kevin Cramer and John Hoeven of North Dakota; and Senator John Thune of South Dakota.
